At HomeFitnessCode, we want you to be fully satisfied with your workout equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the fitness gear is in its original condition and securely packed in the original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
